Printers

Parts are printed on our BMF microArch® printers using PµSL (Projection Micro-Stereolithography) technology.

Our printers have an optical resolution of 10 µm and a 10-40 µm layer thickness, resulting in high levels of precision and accuracy.

This industry-leading technology allows us to produce ultra-high resolution parts that match micro-injection molding parameters in both resolution and tolerance, as well as rapid prototypes or production runs without lengthy and costly tooling setup.

Materials

We use a variety of photosensitive resins to create ultra-high resolution parts.

Our standard resins are HTL and RG (biocompatible).

We are happy to assist in material selection to meet the unique needs of your design.

Post-Processing

In addition to printing ultra-high resolution parts, we utilize our CNC machining department for any post-processing or unique design features.

We have both the in-house equipment and extensive experience to rapidly and economically process a variety of parts.
